Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Who Is Responsible
Sixfab, Inc., a Texas corporation, at 825 Watter’s Creek Blvd., Suite 250, Allen, Texas 75013, United States, operates shop.sixfab.com and is responsible for the store processing described here. This policy covers store visits, customer accounts, physical-product orders, support, returns and store marketing. Separate Sixfab data, connectivity and software services are covered by the notices applicable to those services; buying hardware does not itself subscribe you to them.
For privacy questions or requests, email legal@sixfab.com or write to the Allen address. For ordinary product and order assistance, use our contact form. You do not have to use that form to exercise a privacy right.
Information We Collect and Why
We obtain information from you, from your use of the store, and from providers involved in payment, authentication, fulfilment and related functions. An employer or authorised colleague may provide business contact and order details on your behalf.
| Information | Uses |
|---|---|
| Name, email, telephone, company, billing and delivery addresses, relevant tax or exemption details | Communicating with you, arranging orders and deliveries, invoicing and meeting tax obligations. |
| Orders, cart and checkout contents, purchases, payment and refund status, transaction references, delivery and return records | Completing transactions, providing support, processing returns and keeping business records. |
| Account identifiers, authentication information and preferences | Signing you in, securing account access and remembering relevant choices. |
| Support correspondence, product problem descriptions, photos and diagnostic information you provide | Investigating problems and handling support, warranty and legal requests. |
| IP address, browser and device information, cookie or similar identifiers, website events and security logs | Operating and securing the store, preventing fraud and, subject to applicable choices, analysing visits and measuring advertising. |
| Marketing subscriptions, consent and opt-out records, shopping interests and advertising interactions | Managing email preferences, relevant campaigns, incomplete-cart reminders, analytics and advertising, subject to applicable law and your choices. |
Required checkout details are needed to process an order. Without them, we may be unable to complete the purchase. Optional marketing or tracking consent is not a condition of buying goods.
Payment providers collect the payment credentials needed for the method you choose. Sixfab’s store records include payment status, transaction references and limited payment information; payment authentication and full payment credentials are handled through the relevant provider’s payment systems. PayPal may process information for its own payment, security and regulatory purposes under its Privacy Statement.
We also use relevant information to comply with accounting, tax, product-safety and other legal obligations, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, and establish or defend legal claims. We review suspected fraudulent orders before deciding to accept or cancel them. A bank or payment provider may make its own authorisation decision.
Shopify and Other Recipients
Shopify hosts the store and provides checkout and transactional communications. We share information needed for the relevant function with providers and authorised personnel. Providers receive different information according to their role; not every provider receives every category.
Our store uses Shopify Enhanced Services powered by Shopify Network Intelligence. For those services, Shopify also processes information as an independent controller and combines information from interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify for personalisation, analytics and advertising-related services. See Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy portal for its processing and applicable choices.
Other recipients include:
- Payments: Shopify Payments, PayPal and the relevant payment partners, banks and card networks, for payment, refunds, fraud prevention and related obligations.
- Fulfilment: ShipMonk and shipment or return carriers, including the UPS or DHL service selected for the order. They receive the contact, address, product and shipment information needed for their role.
- Customer and business systems: HubSpot for CRM, support, email campaigns and incomplete-cart or checkout reminders; QuickBooks (Intuit) and its Shopify connector for invoicing and accounting; Auth0 for integrated authentication; Google Workspace for communications; DigitalOcean for hosting; and Cloudflare for traffic delivery and security.
- Analytics and advertising: Google for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, connected through Shopify’s Google & YouTube app, subject to applicable consent and opt-out choices.
- Group support: authorised Dene Teknoloji A.Ş. personnel in Türkiye providing IT, operational and support assistance for Sixfab, Inc. Group status does not itself permit unrestricted access to store data.
- Other necessary recipients: professional advisers, accountants, insurers, authorities and other parties where disclosure is necessary for the purposes described here, to meet legal obligations or to handle legal claims. Information may also be disclosed in a corporate transaction subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.
Service providers may act on our instructions, while payment providers, carriers and other recipients may also process information independently for their own legal or operational responsibilities. Separate notices explain their independent processing where applicable.
Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Choices
Essential cookies and similar technologies support the cart, checkout, sign-in, security and privacy preferences. Optional technologies support analytics, advertising measurement and personalisation. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand store use and Google Ads to advertise and measure campaigns. Where consent is required, optional tracking depends on that consent; applicable opt-out rights also apply.
Shopify Network Intelligence and advertising integrations may involve disclosures treated as a sale, sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. A disclosure can fall within those definitions without a cash payment. Payment processing and fulfilment disclosures serve different purposes and should not be treated as advertising merely because a third party handles the information.
You may withdraw optional tracking consent through the store’s cookie controls and use the store’s “Your Privacy Choices” controls to exercise available advertising or data-sharing opt-outs. You may also contact legal@sixfab.com about those choices. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We apply recognised opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
Browser settings can also block or remove cookies, although disabling essential cookies can affect store functions. A choice made on one browser or device may need to be repeated on another. Browser Do Not Track settings and legally recognised opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control are different mechanisms; recognised signals are handled as required by applicable law.
Provider information about platform and Google cookies, their purposes and durations is available in Shopify’s Cookie Policy, Google’s GA4 cookie documentation and Google’s cookie explanation. These sources describe multiple features; the technologies used for a visit depend on the store configuration, the interaction and privacy choices.
Email and Cart Reminders
HubSpot handles store marketing campaigns and reminders about incomplete carts or checkouts. A reminder uses the email address, relevant cart contents and completion status. We send marketing subject to the consent or other permission required for the recipient and message.
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing message or contact legal@sixfab.com to stop store marketing. We process opt-outs promptly and within the applicable legal deadline. We keep necessary suppression records to avoid adding you back to the same marketing. Order, payment, shipment, warranty, security and other necessary transaction messages continue separately.
Retention
We keep information for the relevant purpose and applicable legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it. The applicable criteria differ by category:
- Tax, accounting and transaction evidence: the period required for the particular record under applicable tax, accounting and reporting rules, plus a lawful hold where a proceeding or audit requires it.
- Accounts and authentication: while needed to provide the account and protect its security, and for necessary closure, fraud-prevention or legal records afterwards.
- Orders, returns, warranty and support: while completing the transaction and addressing related support, warranty, complaints or disputes, and for applicable claim or recordkeeping periods.
- Marketing and preferences: while the subscription or relevant permission continues, with limited consent and suppression evidence retained as needed to honour choices and demonstrate compliance.
- Website, security and advertising data: for the period needed for the relevant security investigation, configured measurement purpose or consented analysis; unnecessary identifiable information is deleted or aggregated sooner where feasible.
- Privacy requests: for handling the request and demonstrating the response where necessary. Identity-verification information is limited to what is proportionate and needed.
An obligation to retain a record does not authorise unrelated marketing use.
International Processing
The store is operated from the United States. Authorised support access includes Türkiye, and Shopify and other providers may process information in additional countries. Their locations may have different data-protection laws from your country.
We limit access to the relevant purpose and require safeguards and contractual protections where applicable law requires them. If your information is subject to a specific international-transfer safeguard requirement, contact legal@sixfab.com for details about the recipient and mechanism applicable to that transfer and any available copy of the relevant safeguards.
Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct it, request deletion, obtain portable data, withdraw consent, object to certain processing, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Some laws also provide rights concerning sensitive information, qualifying automated decisions or an appeal of a refused request. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions of the applicable law.
Submit a request to legal@sixfab.com or the Allen postal address. Describe the right you wish to exercise and enough information to locate the relevant record. We may seek proportionate identity or authority verification where permitted and necessary. An authorised agent may submit a request subject to applicable verification rules. We do not require identity verification for an advertising opt-out where applicable law prohibits it.
We respond within the deadline required by the applicable law and explain a refusal or lawful extension as required. If your law provides an appeal, reply to our decision with “Privacy appeal” or contact legal@sixfab.com. We review the appeal and explain the outcome and any further complaint route required by law. We do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. You may complain to the regulator or authority available under your applicable law.
The availability of a particular statutory right depends on the law and its scope conditions. Contact us if you need information about the privacy rules applicable to your interaction with Sixfab, Inc.
Security and Updates
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and processing, including limiting authorised access. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send account passwords or full payment credentials in a support message.
We update this policy as practices or legal requirements change. The revision date appears above. Where additional notice or consent is required for a change, we provide it before relying on that change.
